I think you are a little young to be dating, but here are some ideas. First, try to do stuff in a group setting, double date with some other young couples. Go bowling, mini golf, see a movie. Some other not so typical things would be...volunteer together. It is a lot easier to iniate conversation when you're doing something instead of just sitting there. Help out at a local animal shelter or soup kitchen.
Go hiking together, pack a picnic lunch and have fun. But I would try not to get to serious at your young age. There are a lot of nice guys out there. Keep an open mind.

try a group activity with about 10 people or so. go for a scavenger hunt or a hike, or a bike ride, or go ice blocking at the park. Get a block of ice and a towell, use the towell as a seat on the ice and slide down the hill. remember to have fun you are still very young!

why don't you go to a movie? Get something to eat! Watch t.v. together at one's home. Go bowling, walk around the mall. What you are trying to do is spend time together. What you are doing while you are together is secondary to visiting with each other, and talking.

LOL. Hmm. You guys can't do much cept watch movies, hang out at a place with games, and uh other places.....no NOT perverted places...i'm not like that.

go to the movies with a bunch of fryns and their bfs.......boys sleep at 1 of the boys house and ride there.....girls sleep at 1 of the girls house and ride there

roller skating... movies... going out for a hamburger.. if you live in the city going to the mall and hanging out.. going over to his house or yours and listening to cd's

i am a father with boys and girls and i think movies are good, amusement parks and basically anywhere that there are people and fun
