You didn't say how tall you are now. But since you have another 3-4 years of growth, I'd say that your ultimate height will be between 5' 10 and 5'11. Boys experience a growth spurt that starts between the ages of 12-13 and reach 95% of their adult height by 17-18. During this five-year period, boys grow from eight to nine inches. The women in your genetic pool are of only average height--that's a variable that has to be taken into account.

Regardless of genetic stuff, it's really difficult to tell! For instance, I experienced a growth spurt after 20 years old when I started body building. It may have been absolutely nothing to do with genetics but with foods I was eating at the time- like nuts, Sterol Complex, Smilex, amino acids like Ornithine and Arginine, and so on! Without more factual scientific research and studies, this question is too difficult to answer reasonably. However, we have now mapped the entire DNA code so we have an idea what certain genes can do so we may be able to use this knowledge in the near future to make people taller or shorter for a fee! Just imagine that! I would like to buy a pill that makes me shorter today so my head does not bump into the ceiling wherever I walk. That's the future! But, today, if anyone says they can answer your question exactly, be sceptical, because there is no solid scientific evidence to prove that your genetics will indicate what height you will be or any guarantee that certain supplements will make you a certain height. In Statistics, there is something called correlations, which is not solid evidence, that may help to indicate what certain genetics or supplements may do based on groups of people with similar genetics or groups of people who take certain supplements who have done body building, but that does not guarantee that you will reach a certain height- more actual solid evidence and scientific research needs to be done!

If you want to maximize your height you should drink lots of water and do a couple of bar hangs every day.

The disks in your back require water in order to be healthy and respond to what it is you want to do.

Next, grab a bar (one you could do chin-ups on) with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders. Relax your hips and back. This will elongate your spine and make you a little bit taller.

On another note, you will live a much happier life if you don't compare yourself to other people. Just tell yourself that it is what it is and make the most of what you have.

My guess is 5' 10".

Food for thought . . .My former husband is 6' 5", I'm 5 ' 3". Our 14 yr. old son is now 5' 5". He (as determined by certain calculations when he was 5 yrs. old) is projected to be 6 ' even.

My former husband was (and still is) a man who is not too compassionate or aware of valuing others emotions. Often during our 23 yr. marriage he would comment on his 6' 5" height...him thinking that made him better or superior than others...That others might think better of him because he was so tall. His temperament is confident and outgoing...yet I ended our 23 yr. marriage due to him being clueless of relating to the heart. I am at peace with my former husband now...yet do not care for his temperment and always keep aware to keep my kids dad in high standing in their eyes...even though I don't care for him.

Being aware of this and with my son being projected to be 6 ' . . . I've mentioned to my son, respectfully and when appropriate, that while he is projected to be a taller than average man...to remember always that what really makes a man a man is who he is within his soul, heart and how he relates of strength, wisdom, humor and heart with others.

My food for thought for you...You ask what height you might grow to be...Yet your height is simply that...just how tall you are. As you grow to be a man and relate with others of the heart, in business, as a neighbor, father, husband...It's not how attractive, wealthy or tall a man is that makes him a man...It's the awareness of decent soul within that body that makes a man a man.
