Try highlighting first, then if you like it, go totally blonde.

i did not look at your pic or anything but i think you should base it on your skin color if you have really pale skin the your hair would blend in with your face but if you are tan but still white then it will look perfect if you are an african amercan you should not dye it blonde but black would be really pretty if you are one
