My metabolism is extremely fast and I want it to slow down so I can gain weight. I am wayyy too skinny for my weight / height, and I want to gain at least 20 pounds by June. Is there any way I can either slow down my metabolism, or just flat out gain weight easily?!

How is your diet? You can stop eating sugars, drinking caffeine etc. this will help. Are you eating healthy?
I always like a high metabolism, these people can get things done! lol Use your energy for the good and have fun with it! Foods are a big deal-when you eat healthy you can have some bigger portions-are you exercising? Weight training would be good as well, this will give you some nice muscle tone-

Gaining (as well as losing) weight fast is extremely dangerous (not to mention the weight will come/leave as fast as it came).

Weight problems do not have anything to do with metabolism. The whole thing is a myth.

To gain weight, eat more calories than you burn. To make it healthy weight, do some weight lifting (lighter weights with more reps will tone instead of building large mass) with protein and eat healthy. Muscle weights more than fat, and toning your body with cardio or weight lifting will make you weight more (healthy), and your body will look great.

try creatine powder, they give you strength and muscle bulk which can lead to gaining some pounds. as far as i know, when i was on it, it definitely slowed down my metabolism. I SUGGEST YOU ASK YOUR PHYSICIAN TO BACK THIS UP! CREATINE SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS.

screw the powders, drugs, diets and chemicals. Just eat more often. Bring snacks with you everywhere you go...and I'm not talking about rice cakes. EAT YUMMY but healthy STUFF more often! and watch your belly, bum and hips grow.
