okay theres this girl i work with. She used to flirt with me all the time (at least i think so) ie. touching hitting, laughing etc.. I was gonna ask her out but kept on backing out (shy) but then she stopped talking to me and made it seem like shes ignoring me. I ask her whats wrong and she just says nothing. My friend says that shes mad at me cus whenever he brings up my name she wants to change the subject and dosent want to talk about it. I dont kno why shes mad. I havent said anything mean or anything but i did ask her to hang out once (a long time ago) Maybe shes mad that i like her? or cus she figures i dont?

Sounds like she's mad because you didn't get the hint that she likes you and wants to date you and it upsetted her. Give her time and maybe she'll come around. Next time don't be shy and ask her out. She was giving you all the signs that she liked you.

This doesn't sound good at all. O.K. , Here's my question 4 u..... Are you in a relationship at the time? If so then let her know that , however if not, then just be friends with her, if you start to have feelings for her then you should go out with her.
P.S : Don't stress the story out then it will make her even angrier.

God, this happens to me sometimes. Yeah, I think she's mad. She'll eventually get over it and start talking to you again. She's probably mad because she thinks you like her too, but never got to asking her out. She probably thinks that you played her. That's my take
