it means not having a commited relationship with someone. Dating more than one person when you are seeing someone else or going from girl to girl without wanting a relationship with them but wanting other things. A player is not a good thing

Why do I say that?
Because what all players have in common is that they break girl's hearts. They are very active in their dating life and most of the time date more than one! They play hard to get sometimes and let all the sorry females in the world chase them down and make a pimp out of themselves.

Player is someone who "plays" with the emotions of other people. Normally people are usually talking about men messing with serveral women at once so they are being played.

It means you like variety you can not stick to one girl at a time or for a long time, and you tend to cheat on your girls and that will not get you very far with any girls they will all learn about you and hate you if you are like that then you cant get any girls so dont be like that
