That when someone posts in the R&S who isn't Christian, they immediately get at least 3 negative votes? I've also seen that any really uber-Christians tend to get downvoted, but it's worse for the non-Christians. Don't believe me? Check out the "Are you Christian? I need 100 answers plz!!!" thread farther down.

Okay, some people are under the mistaken impression that I'm complaining about this. I'm not, it's jut "food for thought," ya know?

LOL! I've noticed it, too. I just figure we all have a "fan" club.

It will depend on the amount of Christians or non Christians on the forum at any given time. If there is an answer with a lot of scripture, then it usually gets down voted even without getting read.
It just goes to show that people are not allowed their own opinion on this forum. There are times that I may not agree with someone but give them a thumbs up anyways because their answer was intelligent and well thought out.
But, to answer your question, yes, I have noticed.

I got a thumbs down for stating that pagans were believers in more than one god or goddess. I thought it was true. I'm mean the Greek pagans worshipped Zeus, Poseidon, Athena and others and the Norse pagans worshipped Thor, Odin, Loki and such. How can a person get a thumbs down for stating only from what he heard and not his own opinion?

You appear to be rather skeptical. There are hundreds of millions who profess to be Christain but the true Christain as described by the Christ is one who can make the mountains, if he has a wink of faith;as such there is no Christain in the world because the validity of tthe tenure of christianity is over since long.

Fear

Fear

Fear

this is why we fight.

Christians say do not judge , but do so in judging non Christians.

Leave that up to God.

If others are wrong come judgment day they will have to stand accountable for their own deeds.
It was Christ who said those amongst you that have not sinned cast the first stone.
Christ was amazing and suggests that we have the power to be amazing also, that is why he was sacrificed .

So Christians be careful not to be so so judgmental and fear based.

lol happens to me all the time. I don't really concern myself with the thumbs down feature.. too many people use it to vote against those they don't like. It's not a valid way of determining whether an answer is a good one or not.

I think the reason non Christians seem to get more thumbs down votes is because they are often disrespectful in their answers. A real Christian will not judge someone because they do not believe as they do but they will take offense at being made fun of or worse yet if God is disrespected.

No - it's not surprising. I get voted down all the time. I just focus on the positive ones I recieve. It means at least someone is listening and thinking.

Actually it goes both ways. Also, I've noticed the times when there are no thumbs down at all. Interesting

I know what you mean. I will answer something in a factual way that is not disrespectful and still get a thumbs down. Oh well.

I didn't understand the down votes on that question. All you could expect is an honest answer.
