You have to work on being happy to go to the gym and go more often so you get more used to it. I personally workout at the gym for 3 hours each morning and 2 hours each night, I want to be healthy and strong. Don't forget, persevere!

Does she have a job?? I exercise 1 hour in the morning, go to work and then will take my kids in the afternoon for a walk for Approx 1/2 hr.

well You can workout for up to SIX hours,thats all if you go anyhigher you will probably pass out,i workout for about 1 and a half a day

my trainer got me rotating days doing 15 min of cardio then weights for every muscle then another 15 min of cardio and the next day I do one hour of cardio. I'm usually ther for about 2 hours........ 5 days a week
