Capture his heart by wearing soft colors on your face and lip gloss to attract his attention. Wear something sexy but not slutty. Flirt with him and hint around that you are dying to be kissed. If all else fails either kiss him or ask him to kiss you. Say something like...Your lips look so inviting when you smile at me.Good luck

I can't tell you what to do, but I CAN tell you what got through
to me. (yeah, I was the non-kissing guy)
My girlfriend and I had been going out for over four months,
but I was too scared to kiss her square on the lips. The next
time we were hugging, she reached up and kissed my chin,
then my cheek. She pulled back about an inch and looked
right into my eyes. Then, I kissed her, and it just felt SOOO
natural and wonderful---I wondered, "Why hadn't I done this
years ago??" (..remember, we'd been going out for four months.....not years...) Maybe try kissing his cheek and chin, back off an inch, and wait for his responce, OK??

You should go the opposite route and kiss him. He'd never expect it! Most guys are really shy about that stuff so try to make the first move and see what happens.

try not to be too obvious at first. but when it comes down to it...why dont you make the move? the thing with guys is pretty complicated. if hes a nice guy that is. we dont want to make you feel awkward or violated so we need a sign of approval. try doing the shaking of the keys thing that they do in the movie hitch. when he walked you to the door jingle your keys. if that doesnt work...when youre looking at him...i mean staring at him looking in his eyes deeply...glance down at his lips...JUST FOR A SECOND! u dont wanna look like ur being hypnotized. and lastly pucker ur lips at him. let him know. and if all fails. make the moove yourself. he will be so confused and will love it.
OH YEAH and dont litsten to the people who are telling you to just wait it out. he needs his approval
