I have hypoglycemia, which means I have to eat every few hours or I get weak/headachy. I also am allergic to MILK, GRAINS, and PEANUTS. What else besides lunchmeat, nuts, and eggs can I eat for small snacks? I am out of ideas! Do you have any? I want to keep my calories down because I'm hoping to lose about 15 pounds.

Beans, tuna and fat trimmed chicken or turkey breast are all good sources of protein.
