Yes, but get a body bleaching kit, instead, because it supplies you with enough to cover your arms.

Yes! I did for years...then I switched to Nair and now I shave my arms everyday. Probably not the smartest (to shave) but I HATED having dark arm hair. Go for it, I used to bleach mine for years and years. Good luck!

Yes it is okay, it's mild because it's formulated for your facial skin. You might find it's not as effective if you have coarse arm hair.
