How to lose 23 lbs in 3 months?
I want to lose 20-23 lbs in 3 months. Is it plausible ? Tell me the steps !. Thank You.

I am 24-y-old male w/ 5'7" height and 153 lbs currently

Why is everyone concered about there weight? I was concered badly one time, And I
Got skinny and it wasn't really fun so I put on a extra few pounds. Your weight is what
god wanted you to be, and if you don't like it, then you don't like what god gave you.
You should be happy god gave you a life.

But!, If you really wanna loose weight heres what you do. swimming season is coming
up and I know your really scared people will laugh at you.

- with every meal drink Water or Orange juice, Milk sometimes (Milk is very fattening).

- If you are bored and you think about eating and you think your hungry don't eat
Because you are really not hungry your just thinking about it. So try to do some sit ups
or push ups instead. Or do what you like to do.

- If you have junk food in your house, then get it all out. Because if you don't have
Junk food in your house, Guess what, You want be ABLE to eat it.

Let's say you eat alot of junk food, and you stop eating it. You will drop 15 pounds
easy.WHEN YOU SEE A CANDY, THINK OF A HOT GIRL/GUY IN A BATHING SUIT AND THINK WHO
YOU WANT MORE.

- Get some Fruits in your house loaded, and eat those when you are hungry but try
Drinking Lots of water too.

- Exercises -

1.) Punch air - Makes your arm look non-fat.
2.) Running/walking - Good for you also burns what you ate in the past 24 hours.
3.) Biking - Burns the most calories and fun. just ride around fast for 10 - 20 minutes
straight.
4.) Swimming burns the same and more as biking, because your using your whole body, You
can loose 5 pounds by swimming for 2 hours doing fast laps.
5.) Weight lifting - Light weights make your muscles the same and get the fat off you
also you look better. Heavy weights - Builds muscles like body builders.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Eat 6 small healthy meals a day, get 30 minutes of cardio 4-6 days a week, 30 minutes of weight training 2-3 days a week, drink plenty of water, take vitamins, get plenty of rest at night, no carbs past 4:00 pm, and try not to eat after 7:00 pm. It is that simple. Its not a diet, it is having a healthy lifestyle

Stop eating fried foods, margarine, sweets, sodas and very little carbs. For a snack in between meals have a rice cake or apple. Measure you portions, no more than a cup meat-vegetables-fruit etc. Yes you will be hungry but after the first week you won't notice. Walk on the treadmill 45 min everyday. It will work if you don't cheat!!
Also pray for strength and endurance

im sure its possible. but you have to do it the safe way you cant just starve yourself. im gona give you a couple steps. when u drink a fluid drink NOTHING but water. no iced tea no coffee just water. eat vegitables. also work out a little in the morning it will give ur metabolism a kick start. i also heard a "power nap" maybe a 30 min. nap will help increase ur metabolism. dont even think about touchin a peice of food past 7:30 p.m. no matter what. again be sure to replace all drinks with just plain and simple bottled water

Do you really want to do this? then exercise,exercise is the best possible way to get rid of your extra pounds. Any park nearby! start jogging or walking for 30 min. 3 or more times every week. you can do it. Don't forget!!eat right. No junk food.

Drink lots of water (64 oz. a day), no sodas. Exercise daily, eat healthy, and watch your portions of what you eat. If you go to mypyramid.gov you can put in your information and it will tell you what you need to eat.
