It will have no effect in speeding up the clearance of drugs from your system. This is one of the millions of urban myths that are just that, myths!

Celest,
Why do you need "to clean out really fast"? It would have helped for you to have said, for then we might have been able to help with the real problem.
This idea of "cleaning out" is a popular fraud. Most people have no idea what they might even be trying to clean out, they just hear that they should, and intuition tells us that it ought to work.
Trouble is, it doesn't. Your kidneys, liver, lungs, and partly your skin do this all the time, and they are the only parts that do.
If you do as you ask, all you're doing is flushing what is in your intestines out. Why would you want to do that? If it's drugs as a previous answerer suggests, that won't work because the drug will be cleared as it is metabolized. Most of them are absorbed into your bloodstream very soon after you take them, anyway. It's a badly-coated pill that "tinks" into the bedpan (I've seen that happen) unabsorbed. Everything else is absorbed, and long before it gets to your large intestine it's gone.
Now, why is niacin supposed to help this process? Niacin does many things in the body, but it comes in two basic forms, each of which is different with different effects. If you mean nicotinic acid, be very careful of taking large doses of this because the metabolic products of nicotinic acid include toxins, the very things you are trying to "flush."
It would be ironic to cause what you're trying to avoid, wouldn't it?
If you mean niacinimide, its main effects are to help regulate blood sugar, to increase fatty acid levels in the skin, and to help reduce arthritis symptoms.
Not exactly toxin-flushing effects, are they?
Cranberry juice is a good acid and a source of antioxidents, but these don't do much for toxins. Moreover, if you look at the labels of cranberry juices, you'll find you're drinking mostly water and apple juice when you drink cranberry juice. Straight cranberry is expensive stuff, so the companies cut it with apple juice. It's mostly sugar and water.
If you have to clean out "really" fast, the only way to do that would be to go to a hospital and have a gastric lavage, or your "stomach pumped." It's not pleasant, but it will do the job. This other stuff won't.
You can get rid of what's in your intestines by using a lot of water, but you'll just have to fill it up again by eating, and nothing worthwhile will have happened because of your actions.
Sorry about that, but that is the truth.

You're supposed to drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day. And one glass of cranberry juice a day is recommended, really this should be enough.

Q Carbo at GNC is absolutely guaranteed. My friend and I both took it and it cleaned our system out. If you're asking this for a screening of something like that, this is what you need. If you want to really clean out your system just for health, take a day off and take a colon cleanser. Take the day off and stay at your house though. Call shotgun on the toilet all day. If you want to pass a drug test, take Q Carbo at GNC. It's guaranteed or your money back, it helped me pass and it helped my friend pass a test. Niacin is as useful as vinegar for a test.

Clean out what?
If you mean a detox, that stuff is never really needed. Your liver and kidneys work tirelessly day and night to get rid of anything toxic. You can help these organs work better by drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of sleep.
