I have sort of wavy course hair. I always desired straight hair though. Does anyone know a permanent way to straighten hair other than the flat irons or ghds'? And when I say permanent ; I mean permanent, or at least for a couple months. If there are any creams that actually straighten the hair please refer them to me. Ladies; this is your call, But I know that there are some guys that know this stuff. Well anyway, my point is advice me of any thing that permanently straightens hair or at least keeps it straight for a while. Be it a machine or cream, thank you for taking the time to read this. Good day!

shave your head, and wear a wig with straight hair.

no matter what you do, irons, gel, creams, etc, your hair will always return to its natural state.
its a matter of genes. I have wavy hair, and its a recessive gene. not everyone in the family has it, I am one of the few.
and I have tried many products to permanently straighten my hair.

you can find some stuff that would work for a while. but to my knowledge, nothing can last for months at a time. at the most, maybe a day or two.

any treatment works the best during the first few minutes it is applied. things like moisture, humidity, your own sweat, wearing a hat, can bring back the natural frizz.

the most that you can do is use a product that helps you control and manage.

but hey, I have learned to love it. girls love wavy hair on guys most of the time. gives them something to run their fingers through (in my case anyway)

good luck

Thermal Straightening.
its a chemical solution that a hairdresser puts on your hair for 10 mins and then they rinse it out, blow dry and straighten it with a flat iron. It lasts 6 mos. to a year depending on how curly your hair is. when the roots grow, you can get it touched up. Its very expensive. It costs $600 to $1000 dollars.

Before you get it done, ask for a free consultation.

to care for it (if you get it done,)
blow dry your hair each time you wash it, the heat keeps the chemicals from drying out your hair.

only thing is that i heard that if you want to curl your hair, it won't.

I heard that you can get your hair chemically straightened at the hairdressers, my best friend's sister got it done. However, I guess it damages your hair, and I think it's quite expensive.

don't get a relaxer. It will ruin your hair and dry it out. Trust me.
