Sometimes I don't shave my legs for a few days, sometimes I've left it a week! Sometimes I simply don't have the time. I have been thinking just lately, is this disgusting, or is it normal. Most women wouldn't admit if they havn't shaved for a week or whatever, so I went in search of more info on this this evening and came across lots of different views, alot of men were saying they would find it disgusting if their girlfriends/wives didn't shave, or they had to see them with any body hair, one even going to the extreme of saying he would divorce his wife! And other men saying that they wouldn't mind and they would think its a good thing. Don't get confused with me asking if women should be hairy all the time, but how can somehting natural be disgusting? Its just a bit of hair! I find most mens views on body hair really shallow. And I don't see why women should be embarassed. Anyway, thats my opinion LOL.

Well, I have been in search of a permanant hair removal treatment for over a year now and have tried most home lasers, my most recent one is called YSX Forever hair free which is just a cream that retards hair growth permanantly, I don't like shaving and I don't like the look of hair on my legs or underarms, and I must admit I do feel lazy about it sometimes and I leave it, which is why I want a permanant method, I feel embarassed even though nobody knows about it but me but I don't see why we should. :)

It's not disgusting, as long as you keep it clean.

Use a dandruff shampoo, and conditioner. And braids can be cute. Or hot, if you do a French braid down the back of the leg, like the seam of an old-fashioned stocking.

Good question. I will admit it - I haven't shaved my legs in the past few weeks. Why, should i??? It's freakin cold outside, I'm not dating anyone currently, and my legs never show because I always wearing slacks. But, at the same time - I am very paranoid about what people would think if they saw my legs. It definitely doesn't look sexy. But, then I wonder - if it wasn't meant to be there - why would God have given it to us?

Hair is one of those things that society SAYS women shouldn't have. But, should we always do what people say??? Well, I guess I will give in to society. I have my first meeting with my personal trainer tomorrow (trying to get ready for summer), so the hairy legs have got to go!!!

I'm the same...what's the point in shaving your legs every day if no one will see them?! I don't know what most men think, but my boyfriend doesn't care. When I'm with him, I'll shave my legs every day if i can be bothered, if not then every other day. I don't leave it as long as a week because it just really annoys me, but it's fine if you're ok with it - it's natural, not disgusting.

Totally normal. I hardly shave my legs at all in winter, I wear pants all the time so no one sees except my husband, and he doesn't care. He's generally not feeling my lower legs and the hair on my thighs is really soft anyway.

It's nothing strange, I know a lot of girls who will go awhile without shaving, I do too. I get lazy, distracted and having shaved legs becomes less of a priority.

I agree completely. I encourage women to not shave. Personally I only date women who do not shave. It's sexy!
It's completely natural for a woman to have hair growning on her
body.

In the winter I only shave every 5 days. My skin is dry in the winter, don't want to aggravate it. Doesn't bother my husband! In the summer I shave every other day.
