my friend just said how big my arms are but its just the sagging underarm problem. im not extremely obese although i am 5'1and weigh 120 pds.
any excerises would be apriecated!!!

also if i lose 15-twenty lbs will i lose weight from all areas including my face? how much weight should i lose?

You should do some form of cardio 30 minutes a day to lose fat off your entire body. Do a total body workout dont just do arm exercises and you should see the weight drop off your entire body.

I am 5'4" and currently weigh 115lbs. I lost 6 pounds in 2 months at the gym.
I think you should lose about 10 pounds max and tone up.

Try running/jogging for atleast 30 minutes, then doing some crunches/situps (15 - 3 repetitions). If you want, you can join a spin class to lose more calories that way.

For the underarms, which I am trying to lose right now actually. Find a surface (a chair or a bedside table) that reaches about your knees and face your back to it. Reach behind and rest your palms on the edge, at both sides of your waist. Crawl forward a bit, and using your arms, go down as though you're doing pushups. Do 15 with 4 reps.

I agree with the cardio guy. One full body cardio exercise that comes to mind is swimming. I know this answer isn't the 'magic pill' you were looking for, but if being fit was easy, America wouldn't be the most obese country in the world. Keep it simple,stupid.

Get a barbell thats about 20 pounds or what ever you can lift, lift it above your head, like a curl just upside down to your shoulder and back above your head.


you shouldn't loose any more weight.
