Your cat needs an emergency vet - most of what you described could be explained by her being in heat (if she's unfixed), but NOT the bleeding - dogs in heat bleed, cats don't.

She might have swallowed something (like a needle) that is cutting her up, or it could be caused by something else - no one will be able to tell you over the internet, but you need to get her to the vet NOW.

I agree that your cat needs to be seen by a vet. Can you tell if she is bleeding from the rectum or from her vagina?

Here's one way to tell if she's in heat - rub your hand down her back, and watch her reaction when you get near the base of her tail. If she arches or raises her rear-end up in the air, chances are she is in heat. The meowing goes along with this, but the panting seems unusual.

At the very least, you should call your vet and describe her symptoms.

Hope she is okay.

Cats should be fixed ideally before they are 6 months old, when they can go into heat. It is a very good possibility if you haven't not taken this important pet-owner step that this is the problem you're facing now, but I'd go to to an emergency vet. Now. If she's older than a year, that just increases the liklihood that it is life-threatening and you need to get to a vet.

If this were my cat I would be very concerned because of the bleeding. It seems like your cat is in pain. I would rush her to the vet.
My pets do behave differently if a bad storm is approaching or an earthquake. They often hide or meow but it does not cause bleeding.

Yes, cats can sense several weather changes-could be part of the problem, but I think your cat is just in heat and needs to go find a partner to "play" with for a while! Is it fixed?

Your cat is SICK!!! The symptoms you are describing is NOT normal, even during a severe thunderstorm. Panting... bleeding... hiding under the bed.... you need to take your cat to the vet immediately. Seriously.

Cats can deffinentely sense bad weather coming. I know this because our cats warned us when a Tornado was approaching. If she has not been fixed she is in heat. The blood would actually be coming out of her vagina not her butt. But, if it is in fact coming out of her butt you will want to have her checked out. However, if she is in heat she will be fine.

You mentioned blood. If she is not spayed then she is in heat. If she is spayed then you need to take your cat to the vet. Blood is a sign of injury

If she is not spayed, then she is in heat. She is not in danger, although you should make sure she does not get outside and you should spay her when she comes out of heat.

If she is spayed, you should take her to an emergency facility ASAP as this is not normal.

she is on heat , nothing to do with the weather, just nature, if you do not neuter her get back to the breeder and ask for a tom for her, or you will get the same in a months time,
