Probably not, if it's just scented with a papaya fragrance which is all they really are. The soap itself may or may not be a harsh soap, but the fact that it's papaya scented won't have anything to do with it. If it claims to have papaya enzyme (papain) in it, then it may be harsh as that is a meat tenderizer... but it's doubtful anyone would put enough of that in any soap to bother you.

Papaya is an exfoliant. Usually it is safe, but can't say for certain without knowing what else is in the soap.

If you have sensitive skin, then don't use it coz it makes your skin so dry...... best use Ivory soap coz its mild....
