No, they won't lead to spider veins.
Best thing is to just leave the area alone. Let your own natural skin oils heal the area, and let your skin breathe.
You may have irritated and dried out your skin.
Leave it alone, and if it isn't better in 3 days, call your doc/dermatologist.

Don't worry, it isn't permanent.

You need to see a dermatologist. Anything that you rip off your skin can damage it. Make an appointment as soon as possible and let them see how much damage there is. Sorry, sweets, those things are BAD!
A better option is to see an aesthetician/ facialist and get regular facials to have your pores cleaned out. (go to a beauty school if money is a concern)
You have broken capillaries and usually they do not go away on their own. Go get it checked out by a doctor.

they're usually caused by harsh cleansers, sun exposure or allergies. go to the doctor's and ask for pulse dye laser treatments. supposedly no home remedies can prevent these.you should get one to three treatments each a month apart. they can cost up to $250-600 a session.they vanish completely . use mild cleansers only(no acids or gritty scrubs) and always wear noncomedogenic sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher during the day like Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 55 $9. hope this helps :D

My husband and I both use (and love!) the Biore strips. The tiny red veins you are refering to are probably broken capilaries. I highly doubt they are caused by the strips. It's best to see a dermatologist for an evaluation.

Sounds like your skin too sensitive to use the strips. Don't use them any more. Try some aloevera gel after washing with a gentle anti acne soap (look for one that is for sensitive skin).

I have sensitive facial skin as well. One soap that works for me, believe it or not, is Summer's Eve personal wash - sensitive skin so you don't get all that perfume. It has just the right amount of moisturizer and cleanser to clean your skin but not be too harsh and it is cheaper than most facial washes.

Its probably just a little rash if you haven't used it on that spot before. You can always use cover up while its recovering.
