You can try to tan slowly, VERY slowly like going no sunscreen for like 10-15 min a day or do the easy route and get some spray on tan, just dont try the tanning lotions they almost always streak. I use spray tanner all the time just to avoid sun damage and they work great.

I'm fair skinned and burn so quickly and easily. And I've got the freckles to prove it. Short exposure to the sun is ok and even good for you. But for a gold brown tan, get some self tanning lotion. Or a spray salon.

my skin is super fair also. actual sun tanning or tanning beds dont work for me becuase i burn, and i personally find that tanning lotions leave you somewhat orange. i would recommend jergens natural glow though. if you want a deeper tan dont get the fair skin bottle, go for a darker formula.

Your best bet is to find a salon that sprays that self tanner on you. It will take to long in the sun and do too much damage. I am mixed and the white girl comes out when I go in the sun. Blotched & yucky!
