Any suggestions to move my mouse every 15 minutes without my presence?

Every 15 minutes that I don´t move my mouse my computer sleeps so I need something real and not very hard to find to move my mouse because is getting me sick I have to be all day in front moving the ******* mouse

Just turn off the screen saver and/or power saving settings. For Windows XP, point to a blank spot on the desktop, right click, and choose Properties. Click on the Screen Saver tab. Select (None) for the screen saver. To make sure that things don't turn off, click on the Power... button. Select Never for Turn Off Monitor and Turn Off Hard Disks. Also select Never for System Standby. Click on the Hibernation tab and make sure the box is unchecked for Enable Hibernation.
