One food that I know for sure if full of Iron is liver but that is all I can think of off the top of my head but a good way to find out what is full of iron is to look into a health sience book or on the nutrients charts on the governments web site.

liver if you can stand it.
Tomatoes, strawberries and broccoli will help you absorb the iron. If your a vegan beans can give you some iron too.

my friend is iron defficient
in order for iron level to be maintained
she eats a lot of broccoli, spinach and red meat

don't forget raisins, dark chocolate, fish and shellfish, lentils and other beans
When I was anemic I read the labels of everything and choose the things that had the highest iron content.

read meat and beans,get plenty of vitamin c.since it helps you're body to absorb iron better.and try to avoid caffeine to you're meals,since that will lower you're body to use the iron.
