Hi Eo!

Good gravy!

What do you do if you're out on the town and you get in later than usual! I don't suppose you tell your friends that you have to leave at, say 10:00 o'clock because absolutely nothing is allowed to keep you from getting into bed at your appointed hour.

What do you do if you have to get up early for some reason, like to be at work earlier than usual, or to go on a trip?

What do you do if you travel to another state with a different time zone or, perish forbid, go overseas!

What do you do in winter, when the sun doesn't come up until 7:30 (or later) even without Daylight Time?

My experience with the change to Daylight Time is, if I don't want to get up earlier on the Sunday morning, I just roll over and go back to sleep. Then, Sunday night, I start going to bed at my normal hour. Ninety-nine percent of people are fine with this, such that come November they don't want daylight Time to end!

Yes, my baby will still go to bed at the same time. We just played with the time a bit so that the adjustment was a difference of only about 1/2 an hour each night. So far so good.

I moved from coast to coast, lost 3 hours then daylight savings time hit. I thought I was going to die! Set you alarm and get up at the same time every single day, even weekends.

Go to bed at the same time every night and go to bed early. Your body needs the extra rest, but you're going to have to shoot for getting to bed at like 9pm and read/relax for a while.

It'll feel weird at first, but you need to get into your new groove. You'll get used to it, and in the meantime do not take naps, that'll mess you up even worse!
