because they hve decided that its more energy efficient

Because our gov't thought it would be better for everyone if we had light longer in the evenings. Who really knows except that if they want to change it, they do.

I have no idea but that really mess up Yahoo! Mail service since yesterday!!!

i dunno but dont you like it being lighter out longer.
