I don't see that happening, even with the division being as bad as it is. Tommy had no defense and really only a big left hook when he was in his prime. He got blitzed by Lennox Lewis, Ray Mercer, and Michael Bentt (yeah, who?) and i always thought he was overrated back then. I think Sam Peter is the man to clean up this mess in the heavyweight division if and when he fights all these guys. I know he'll beat Wladimir Klitschko in a rematch because he should've beaten him the first time (had him on the canvas 3 times) and Peter has gotten better since then. Oleg Maskaev is shamelessly ducking Peter to fight Vitali Klitschko and Valuev won't fight anyone with a pulse. These guys are a joke, but Morrison isn't the answer.

I seriously doubt it. Sure, Tommy has a good hook and some respectable power. But sadly, he can't take a solid hit. He was overrated from the start and I'm surprised he made it as far as he did.

I'm sure Wladimir or Vitali would give him a shot as I highly doubt that either would be at any risk from Morrison. Valuev has nothing to gain from fighting Morrison at all. Not to mention that Don King (being co-promotor of Valuev) won't let him fight any real threats. I could see Maskeav taking a shot at Morrison but right now everyone wants a piece of Vitali when he gets back in the ring ..... which is a bad move for anyone that wants to keep a good record. Vitali is much more powerful than Wladimir and is, in my eyes, the real champ of the heavyweight division. Too bad Lewis is taking the cowards way out and hiding behind his commentary booth.

I foresee both Klitschko brothers together holding all 4 heavyweight belts. It will not be a true unification, but all belts will be under one family name. Wladimir and Vitali will NEVER fight each other. That has been made clear from the beginning and it still holds true today. Quite simply, they don't want to fight eachother and their mother just won't allow it :-)

Anyway, Tommy might get into a couple of the top 5 rankings but I don't see him going all the way.

Only if the top of the heavyweight division stops ducking anyone still capable of throwing a decent punch at them. Tommy has to get the opportuntiy to fight one of the "champions" in order to rise. It doesn't apprear any of them are interesting in fighting Morrison.

Tommy Morrison doesnt have a chance against the superior russians dominating the division right now. He would not last six rounds with either of the Klitscho brothers. He is old, washed up and his time has passed.

James that all depends on Tommy's dedication to training. He definitely has the power and the talent to become Champion again. Now all that he has to do is to get in proper conditioning to go for 12 rounds with the intensity of smoking Joe Frazier. If he can get his body in that kind of physical condition. I can't see anyone staying with him more than six or seven rounds. Tommy's grandfather was a good friend of mine and he always said that Tommy just couldn't stay away from the girls long enough to be properly conditioned. I hope that is changed because I love that monster left hook.

I in no way rated Tommy Morrison in any respect as a boxer yet "Jeff Murdoch" has him sussed completely he relatively did have a great heart and can provide his all . He has had a checkered profession from the very commencing up the place he became on the instant famous for being John Waynes Grand Nephew .He gained 2 low grade championship belts one against George Foreman and the different Razor Ruddock . for the reason that retiring using fact of a great HIV try he frolicked in reformatory then back to the hoop claiming his HIV try become incorrect .From what i will understand now he is going a similar path via affirming his HIV try incorrect and attempting to get his licence returned . a very unique guy .
