please help! i have liked him for 3 years now, and he never even talks to me that much...how do i make him notice me???

Because they have to. It's like being in the jungle - you date whoever's around you and is the hottest/richest/most desired person of the group.
As for the guy.. forget about him. He'll soon realize his mistake, and you're better off thinking about the other guys that aren't so popular, but are much nicer, sweeter guys that will treat you right.

Try to fit in with his kind of friends.
But understand the popular kids don't always accept new kids in their cliches. I know from experience.
Generally them kids aren't worth your time any way.

you have a problem here It is unlikely that at this point that he will notice you especially after that long I suspect that he is full of himself and obviously into only chicks that are like him,So I say move on to honest caring people that like you for you.
