WHEW...you are a busy body. I suggest a nice slow cooker. you can generally cook anything in a slow cooker and it doesn't occupy alot of your time. Some of my favorites are boneless pork chops with cream of mushroom soup and egg noodles, boneless chicken w veggies and cream of chicken soup. any crock pot meals. banquet chicken, rice and broccoli dinner. In the oven for 30-40 minutes..entire meal is done. I make something called Texas Hash- takes about 20 minutes. Fry burger drain add chili powder to taste add 1 cup of minute rice and one large can of diced tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are tender/hot and the rice is cooked-usually about 8 minutes or so. my three year old LOVES it. One skillet meal, add a piece of bread and your set. Good Luck

When I needed a 5 minute meal, we had a couple guaranteed wins that I didn't have to feel guilty about:
1. Peanut Butter & Banana (healthier than jelly) on whole wheat, with sliced fruit/veggies on the side.
2. Tofu & egg scramble (good with cheese on top, or ham cut in, veggies, whatever the kids like. I liked to sneak in shredded carrots, which were invisible in the cheese shreds.) I used extra firm tofu.
3. Carbonara. My baby loved spaghetti, bacon, and eggs. I omitted the garlic, and she adored it. You can even make it with whole wheat pasta for an extra nutrition boost.
I hope these help!

i also have 3 kids under the age of 3. we go to the store once a week and buy tons of fresh fruit and veggies. when you get them home cut them up and put them in plastic containers.(pineapple, grapes, oranges, broccoli, carrots, red green yellow peppers, tomatos, bananas, olives, dried fruit, apples, mushrooms) you can get the precooked sliced ham and put pineapple on them, kids love it! sliced fruit is good with any meal you could do chicken nuggets or fish sticks steam some sliced veggies you're done in 20 min. my kids also love homemade pizza. we put bacon peperoni mushroom carrots pineapple peppers olives tomatos and cheese on it the kids love it! if you just slice all your stuff up before you cook then it saves so much time!

I also make them Chiken strips with diff dips(ketchup, low salt soy sauce, tomato sauce...etc) They love to help cook and make up the dips for their chicken. Or if on one of their favortie TV shows theres a certain kind of food they eat...i make somthing that looks like that but is healthy so they eat it.One of their favorite is crabby patty..i amke mine with veggie burgers!GOOD LUCK and be creative!

For really fast I use a can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup and add canned peas, carrots, and corn. You can also add diced chicken if you have any available.

chunky soups, drain a bit of juice , the pieces are big enough for the little ones to pick up and eat.
