does anyone on here see things, smell things ect ... on a regular basis???
this is non drug related,
but why?

I've seen alot of ghosts. Occasionally smelt things but not since my car accident (my sense of smell has been damaged). And heard things occasionally.
Its happened so often that I'm used to it and it doesn't even make me blink now.
Why? I don't know why. It just happens. I don't bother to question it anymore.

Sure, I think spirits allow us to see them frequently and sometimes they'll comply if we request to see them. If you don't want to see the spirits then send that request out to the Universe "While I appreciate the privelege I've been given by sensing these spirits I'm not at a place in my life that I can use this gift now. Please veil my eyes from these visions and seal my senses from these entities." simple request if you're up for it. I wouldn't suggest trying to shroud yourself though, if you're sensing spirits it's because they want you to sense them. As long as it isn't interfering with your life too much and they're not being rude then go for it. If they're causing trouble try cleaning the your house and putting spells of protection on yourself. Put a quartz crystal in every corner of the room and a darker stone in the center (I suggest a big chunk of black tourmaline) call your angels or guardians to help you and request the spirit leave. If the spirit refuses ask your angels or guardians to remove it. Usually this works, just use your intention to make it so.

I do. Every morning, as soon as I open my eyes. The smells take a little longer - that starts when I'm making the coffee.

I know of poeple that can see these souls and allso speak to them.

It is either of God or the demonic realm.
I am a Christian and I sense God and have visions or dreams and have had fearful nightmares that I have learned to overcome easily.
Submit to God and Gods Word, resist satan and satan flees. Works every time. Submitting to God is a simple as praying to God asking God, giving God your cares, etc...
