dont just go up to him and kiss him..if you do...do it in a private area..where it can be romantic.
but what i would do..if ur sure he likes you..i would jsut ask him out
but if you do decide to kiss him...be absolutesly positive he likes you..ask some of his friends..ask some of ur friends..idk but makes sure he likes you before you kiss him
