Hey! It sounds good but try adding small meals in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner to keep your metabolism going. Good luck!

It depends on how much of it you eat at each meal really. If you consume too little calories (less than 1200) each day you will loose weight but it will eventually stop because your body has gone in starvation mode. When you eat normally again you will pick all that lost weight up and then some. Plus like everbody else said you might not stick with it because ou'll get bored.
Check out www.sparkpeople.com it is a great site with a ton of resources and great community. It has a calorie counter, meal and exercise planners, exercise video instructions etc and the best thing about it is it is FREE!

no because in 3 days you will be bored...

Main meal of the day:

buy yourself a bottle of olive oil, an onion, a green pepper, and a clove of garlic...

then buy fish, meat whatever you like for protein..

heat the oil, cook onion, pepper, and garlic for a couple minutes...

add meat...

and any fresh veggies you like

serve over pasta/rice...

It's called the Mediterranean diet and you won't be hungry again.........

and with a little exercize you won't be fat either

yes you will but that's not really enough food for your body. make sure you eat healthy snacks, as eating little and often helps your metabolism. you should eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day - these are healthy, you could also try cereal bars, etc.
