It's generally required by law for body shops to report vehicles brought in to have bullet holes repaired.

Depends on the car, and where it is located. Here in the back woods of Ar. old cars are used for target practice. Smile.
And believe me there are a lot of old junks through out the rural areas. Some with trees growing through them. Smile.

No. Unless something concerns you personally, you should leave it alone. 9-1-1 dispatchers are barraged daily with calls from people who don't know how to mind their own business. Don't be a nuisance.
