usually a guy has a hard time not giving in to a lady's advances. If he does not give in, he's either dead or likes guys.

well hey, I have an Idea just start kissing his whatever just get him to push your hand away. Then just get up, look at him in the eye and say, Look bi**h, I want to do you! Just don't give him a choice, cuz obviously the suddle romantic thing doesn't work! I think your gonna have to be the pants in this relationship. cuz you know the guy has to be aggressive, and he's not that guy. So you have to be that Guy. Then you will get what you want.
So good luck!
P.S. i am really high so i know that probably make doesn't make sense. so just somke some bud and listen to that one snoop dog and akon song, then you will know exactly what to do

aww sounds like he has very low self-eestem thats sad. I know a guy like that myself he is just my friend nothing more but he is a very good looking guy every girl thinks so but he wont take his shirt in front of no girls ever. ive known him for about 1 year now and he just now will do that in front of me sometimes. I think they just need to feel comfortable around u is all dont push it or force him to do it that might make it worse and him feel even more uncomfortable. Try taking your shirt off when you guys make out and let him take his off he wants too. maybe he is not ready for that with you yet that might be the case too. anyhow good luck

maybe he doesn't want to take it that far yet. just wait a while until he is ready to take it that far. I've been on the end that pushes the hand away. it's not very pleasant and it made me wonder if he really respected me. We've been going strong after that because I know he's not just in it to be in me. Just wait until he's ready and you'll have a better time with it later.

Not sure how old your date is or you for that matter but by the sounds of it he might be self conscious about his body still or something on his body. He might not be ready for heavy physical exploring. Give him time and it won't hurt to ask his straight out. Learn to communicate now so you won't wonder through life with no answers.

He probably doesn't have a good looking body, at least in his mind, and is self conscious about his body image.

He might have man boobs or torso hair or a little belly. No reason not to take his shirt off if you're making out, but it's his choice and you can talk with him about it.

Nothing worst than rushing things!!... he´s taking his time to do it when it´s right...deep inside he knows that nothing will stop the two of you when you take off each others shirts...so he´s trying to space a little bit more your sex life! that´s it!! I think is cute!!

Stop trying to take his clothes off, for God's sake. He's perceiving you to be aggressive - for some guys, that might be a turn on, with him, it's not. So quit it! And leave yours on, too.
