i wake up at 6:20 am just to get to school..and throughout the whole day i dont feel like talking to any of my friends cause im so tired and i seem like a bore. going to sleep earlier just doesnt seem to do it. HELP!

You need a physical to make sure there is nothing medically wrong, e.g., low thyroid hormones. And, I would wonder if you are truly sleeping enough and getting the REM's you need.

In the meantime, go to bed the same time each and every night, including weekends, and get up at the same time each and every day. Give yourself eight hours or more to sleep! Turn off the computer and music or the TV and rest. Do not nap during the day. You have to cultivate good sleeping habits.

Try to figure out what makes you tired. When do you feel sleepiest? When are you most energetic? For me, talking people out of suicide and depression is exhausting, and I have to talk to a completely psycho (as in hyper) friend to wake me up. Every person is different. If you still have trouble, talk to a doctor about your situation.

excersise it seems so simple but it helps so much force yourself to excersise every day
