It's not dija it's "Lo que tu digas", which means What ever you say.

the sentence is grammatically incorrect.
Dija is the subjunctive of decir, which means to say or to tell, it is used for el/ella, but the sentence above says tu, that makes it incorrect Spanish. so to fix it it should read:
A) Lo que tu digas= what ever you say, or,
B) Lo que el/ella diga= whatever he/she say.
