Can I find a person by doing a search with a first and last name and just the state he lives in, and how can I do that?

Hey Karen,

You got a lot of answers, but the BEST site is ZABASEARCH. I use this every day at least 10 times. It is a fantastic tool. If you don't find it with this site, try some of the others. But if you don't, perhaps the person is deceased, and that is a different search. Peoplefinders.com is good for crossing living and dead searches.
