do leg lifts... they work your abs... you lie on the ground on your back and keeping your legs six inches off the ground, lift them straight up, so they're pointing to the ceiling, then lower then so they're six inches off the ground again, keeping them straight at all times. do three sets of ten, after a week, increase to three sets of twelve, after a week of that, do three sets of fifteen.

Chevy,

What if I told you that you don't have to do endless crunches or sit ups to get that 6-pack?

Crunches are one of the least effective ways of tightening your abs. Crunches and sit ups on rely on strengthening one set of muscles. Then is they are performed incorrectly they will actually push your stomach out and not in.

You still will need to exercise (sorry you can't get a 6-pack without some sort of exercise) but you have to learn the correct ones to perform to make you time the most efficient possible.
You will also need to diet if you are over weight (you didn't say what % of body fat you have)

A 6-pack is a thing of beauty and it isn't just going to appear overnight but is obtainable by memorial day if you work at it.

But you are going to have to work at it! The link below will give you more information.

Learn to work the upper, lower and obliques.

Good luck!

diet is the way in which you seek!!!!!! situps and all help but in the end everyone has a 6 pack already. you just have to diet down enough to show them. I would guess on average for a man you would need to be down around 7-8% bodyfat to start seeing a 6 pack. if you would do the workouts you could maybe see a 6 pack when your are around 10-12% body fat

well, if you're that lazy then maybe you don't deserve a 6pac! but if you have a partner and go to the gym maybe you can mess around with a medicine ball...but then again no sit-ups or crunches right ...having someone throw a 5lb med ball at ya layin on tha floor and you come up and catch it? or you can do some let me see....CRUNCHES.....NOT SIT UPS...lay on the floor hold ya legs up about 3 inches from the floor bring your shoulders off the floor and keep raising your leggs lower them dont touch the floor and repeat until you wanna throw up...lol....CRUNCHES...eat protien...how about kicking the heavy bag...a lil bit of kick boxing? MY SON IS 10 YRS OLD AND DOES CRUNCHES...HE ALREDY HAS A 6 PAC...he plays soccer you can do that?

Hey, crunches and stuff are good for core-strength but if you get your body fat low enough - you'll have a six-pack. I don't know what kind of shape you're in but try doing some cardio every day. That'll do the trick eventually.

You will never have a six pack if you don't put forth the effort needed to do so!

If you don't want to work for one, go to the store and buy a six-pack of your favorite beer/cola!
