Whenever I have to give a memorized presentation I always freeze and forget my words once I get up in front of everybody. I get nauseus and lightheaded and start shaking really badly because I get so nervous. Even if I know all my words right before I speak, I always forget everything when I'm up there. I sweat from nerves before I speak, and it is a disaster. Please suggestions, medicine , anything please!!!

I find it easy to speak in public, and if I feel nervous I look around the room and smile (or only if it's a sombre occasion, look around and look sombre). They are human beings. They know I am a human being. I visualise them as friends that I can relax with. I don't need to win them over with my brilliance, just to say what I want to say. A lot of people build public speaking up into a terrible thing, so you aren't the first to have done it. Some people start by saying how they aren't good at public speaking, which is fine, but it isn't really necessary to do that, we're cool. If you start to feel nervous at any point, you can look down for a moment, or look around for a moment, and just keep talking. It's really no big deal. Hope this helps.

(Try visiting a local open mic poetry event and see how relaxed and daring people are, even though people are very subjective about poetry. If you get to know the place you can even practise something of your own on them.)

You might want to take a public speaking course at a local campus. Among other things, talk on something that you are thoroughly familiar with.
(Memorized speeches are rarely on something that you know as well as your own name.)
Being familiar with the topic will in itself give you a confidence in speaking.
Nervousness is common, but you'll warm up and become comfortable within a few minutes.

Practice in front of a mirror, then family, then friends, until you KNOW you can do it! Take a deep breath first, every time, to cue your unconscious mind, and repeat the word: "easy" in your mind for a while. See if you can check the place out beforehand, and stand on stage if possible, to get used to it. Don't look at anyone in the audience, but just above the last row, or imagine them in their underwear (but not if it will make you giggle or laugh).

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

for me, I just tell myself that i don't care that there are people. Ignore them if you can. If you can't ignore them, then don't care about what's going to happen, it takes a lot of the stress away
