You can work or go to school right until before the birth of your baby as long as you are both healthy. Just because the baby kicks while you are cutting someones hair doesn't change anything. Just take a second until he/she calms down and continue. He/she will be very active for the next couple of months so you had better get used to it.

Only a doctor or midwife would be able to tell you whether it is safe for you to have your baby at home. I considered it at the time but as it turned out, it was a good thing I choose the hospital.

Do you mean cosmetology school or like a high school? How much longer in your pregnancy do you have? If longer then 2 months I suggest stay in school or work. If nothing fits why not get some maternity clothes. They don't have to be expensive. Walmart has pretty cheap ones or you might even find some nice things at your local goodwill. I know I did. There is no shame in that. As for home birth you do mean with a midwife and a doctor on call and all that good stuff right. It's not a good idea to try and have the baby by yourself. What if something goes wrong. As for the money a hospital can not turn you away if you are in labor. Insurance or not ! You will have to pay it back but you could work out a payment plan. Have you considered applying for medicaid that might help. Good Luck I wish you the best.

Apply for welfare. For gods sake dont have the baby at home. Anything could go wrong. Go to the hospital, You will have the ability to get pain meds as well.
