Get really close to him and look as though you were going to kiss him (sweet temptation). Honestly is comes naturally, if he makes fun of you hit him and stuff (not hard, but as a joke)

Well honestly it comes naturally, you can start by talking to him. When you guys talk, relax pretend u guys are friends and just casually talking. As you talk, make jokes, smile a lot to show that he slightly intrests you. And usually (from my experience) guys like girls who are smart, so dont say stupid obvious things, a guy is usually intresent when you show that you are a little smarter then he is.Once you have got that going everything else will come with time. It just takes for him to notice you and like you back.
