Each day I take three B vitamins, (1, 12, 50) an A vitamin and an E vitamin.

Is this too much? can I add more?

It's harder than you think to OD on vitamins. The RDA actually lowered the reccomended dosage of vitamins because they didn't think the average american would even take their reccomended dosage. Soooooo, you would have to take like 100 times the reccomended dosasage to OD on vitamins.

Self-medicating is not always the best solution. If you do not have a deficiency in a vitamin and your taking that vitamin, it will either be wasted or lead major problems. For example; someone who is NOT low on iron taking a lot of a decent of amount of iron pills everyday could lead to major complications (such as liver damage, digestive damage, or other toxic results).

Your best solution would be to find a local nutritionist (not a regular MD as their recommendations tend to be rather broad) to look at your current intake and test the levels in your body. They will be able to work with you to achieve your desired results and nutritional goals.

You can take three (3) Barneys, four (4) Freds, Two (2) Wilmas, and five (5) Dinos 4 times a day. I don't remember Barney's wifes name, but go ahead and toss down 4 or 5 of those too.
