Depends on what you are scoring now. If you are very close, you might be able to pick up a few points, but 5 days is almost no time. A normal prep course takes 4-8 weeks and approximately 50-80 hours of study time. Plus, you're targetting a score in the top 10%. If you are very close, pick up a book from the book store (I'd recommend Kaplan). But if you're more than 30-40 points away, and you really want a 700, you need to reschedule the test and build a long-term study schedule. The GMAT is not like a school test, where you can just study a fixed set of info, and regurgitate it. You need to learn critical thinking methods, have a complete mastery of methods for each question type, know the most commonly testing grammatical, logical, and mathematical topics. Ultimately, it isn't crammable, and most students who try to cram actually do worse (in my experience).
