The reality is this: you might not need to go down in weight. You might just need to tone. I am 5'6", with a weight of 130. I am in much better shape than I was when I was 120. Why? It's because muscle weighs more than fat. So...don't focus so much on the number of your weight. Focus on your health. Did you know that an apple has the same amount of calories as a chocolate bar? But which is better for you. It's the difference between empty calories which convert directly into fat or the complex chain an apple has, which is full of fiber and good for you. Look at your diet, start to exercise if you don't already do so, and cut out the soda. Drinking more water is the best way to start the fat flushing. Don't worry about what that boy says. Be comfy in your own skin. Good luck!

I don't know... 5'5 124 sound pretty healthy to me. Just sounds like maybe you need to 'tone' up. Try eating normally and lifting weights for a couple of months. That might do the trick. The point is, you might not really need to lose 'weight' - just replace a little body fat with some lean muscle.

This is so hard to say because every body is composed differently. Why don't you do a body fat percentage test, and first find out if your in the normal or healthy range. Next do some resistance excersize to tone up and increase your metabolism. With these you can't fail.

Focus on toning up more than trying to loose pounds. Do cardio about 3-4 days a week and use weights about 3-4 days a week too!

Well losing weight because the kid called you that is kind of the wrong way to solve a problem. Obviously, the kid's insecure about his own weight problem! I doubt you have one. But, if you think you need to, exersise is the funnest way to.

I know that you didn't want to hear this but your body mass is in the normal range, but if you really want to lose weight, the lowest weight you can be without it being unhealthy is 111 pounds.

According to your B.M.I. (Body Mass Index ) You are Desirable but could get down to 112 before you are considered under weight.
