He was saying you are tasty meaning licking you...it can mean other things but that depends on how far you have gone sexually. I bet he just was flirting with you and means he wants to kiss or lick you all over...I've heard a lot of guys say either that or something very similar as teenagers. If you haven't had him do this with you before you should be very careful if he tells you he wants to show you instead.
