You need to file the I-129F petition for a fiance and the G-325A. Your fiance will need to submit a completed G-325A as well. You can see a great guide for filing this package in the.........

GUIDELINES FOR THE FILING OF THE 1-129F PETITION FOR A FIANCE(E) BY A US CITIZEN in the below link

It also lists all the documents etc that are required as well as guidance on how to submit the package.

Edited to correct the post above mine. The K-2 is for a child, not a fiance. Also ICE is U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, an investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), not where one can find the forms required. Forms are available on USCIS. The fiance will apply for a K-1 visa once the I-129F petition is approved and forwarded to the Consulate/Embassy.

You're not going to find that a simple thing to do, so be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars even if you do NOT hire a professional immigration lawyer (which would be recommended).

Contact your immigration lawyer and get a free assessment of what this will entail. It's going to take months of work at the very best, not just filling out some forms.

Go to the link below and click on the approptiate link (when I looked it was the first available link at the bottom of the page in the middle.)

You need the K-2 visa form. You can get it on line from ICE. The site tells you the requirements and fee for filing. You have to have met in person unless religious requirements forbid this. They will be interviewed by the U.S. consulate in their country. If approved you have 6 months to marry or they must return to their country.
