Have you seen a doctor yet? Or is this your own diagnosis?

Usually the stomach flu lasts 3 or 4 days. In the mean time drink plenty of clear liquids. Avoid caffeine, carbonation, and drinks that are acidic (orange juice). When you can tolerate it, you can start eating bland foods like toast, bananas, rice, and apple sauce.

If your symptoms are not improving, contact your doctor.

You sound like me. Actually the others said i have food poisoning. Just drink a lot of fluids but not at the same time or all at once. And eat soup. Soup and bread. Don't eat too much salty foods or sugars. They will dehydrate you. I had stomach flu before and I got better by the end of the day from these stuff I found. Don't take any medications unless you feel like dying because it's going to be a waste of time. Now how many times did you vomit?

If you are still sick by Tuesday you need to go to the doc. Do you have a fever or any other symptoms? I would say to start out by drinking 7-up or a sports drink. Try something that is not going to be hard on your stomach like a piece of dry toast with nothing on it. Don't try to hurry to get back to eating too quickly. The big thing is not to get dehydrated or your going to end up in the ER. Hope you get better.

If you can't eat, eating more isn't going to make you keep it down. Have you gone to a doctor? 4 days is a bit long. You are getting dehydrated. You risk other health issues. If Theraflu and other remedies like it, haven't helped, then see a doctor. Get on antibiotics. Also, eat light toast. No citrus juice as it will upset your stomach more. Drink Chamomile tea, no sugar. Use a little honey to soothe the throat from the vomiting. Again, I would see a doctor. Your internal organs will eventually shut down from dehydration and other complications. Good luck.

Soups(not spicy) anything with a high liquid content, drink loads of liquids, and go back to the docs if you are still being sick.
