I am 5'1" and 90 pound. I am skinny but not under weight but i would still like to gain some weight. What can i do to gain 10 or 15 pounds in a HEALTHY way ??

in consultation with your doctor, look into changing the way you eat. Three meals a day may not be what is best for you.

You may need to look into changing your protien to carbohydrate ratio and also find out if you have any underlying condition that is keeping you thin.

Also, ask the doctor if you are the RIGHT weight for your body frame size. If you are fine boned, you may simply not need to carry much more wieght.

you can also add ONE meal substitute shake to your diet to add 240 calories per day to your NORMAL diet.
