My brother in law thinks that there isn't anything on the planet that is spicy enough to make his eyes water. We've tried everything we can think of. Short of putting battery acid in his food, is there anything you can suggest? He's not my favorite brother in law so if it burns his tongue off thats fine with me!

OMG... I think I wrote your question.
My brother in law was the same way, so I made it my goal in life to prove him wrong, and I DID.
Found hot sauce locally that actually requires ID to purchase it, along with signing a full page waiver. He cried like a b-tch, his face was bright red, and he drank a gallon of milk. Handed me back the bottle and told me to get it out of the house IMMEDIATELY.
357 brand hot sauce - there are 2 versions, the one that requires ID/waiver, and it's big brother... never even had to use the big brother version, the first one solved the problem. There's another one, but I'll have to check the hot sauce store at the flea market to get the name of it.

Make sure you have a camera ready... I promise you'll want to remember that moment forever.

that is so funny! I have 2 sons that always criticize any food, when it is supposed to be spicy, as 'not being hot enough".
Last cruise we took, we got them from Barbados hot sauce and put in Christmas' stocking. They are not able to eat anything with that sauce! Take it from 2 guys that collect sauces marked with XXX and skulls.
Remember, the longer you cook a sauce, the more intensity the spices develop...maybe that will help.

Wasabi (japanese horseradish) Take about a table spoon and mix with just a little soysauce, (the more soysauce you put the milder it gets) dip a shrimp in it and see if his sinus's don't clear up.
