This is a question and answer site, not a dating site so what is the problem with married guys being on here. I am a married woman and I am on here quite a bit, as is my husband. I haven't asked any questions, but I answer quite a few. I have had experience in the dating scene, so if I think I can offer advice that may help someone else who is currently in the dating scene, I'll throw my 2 cents in. But I also answer questions in various other sections.

Well a married man is entitled to an opinion even on matters of the single set (who better to give advice on how to get married)
Also, Singles and Dating isn't the only category on this site. Some people just surf all the questions and answer the ones that look interesting to them.

Yahoo Answers is all about giving some kind of helpful advice to others. All of us were single at some point and most of us have been through a lot of the same things that people on this site seem to think has only happened to them. That is why people are all over this site... What? do you think all the people with girl avatars are women and that all of the people claiming to be in high school are in high school? Most of the folks that have problems here can probably blame them in part to the fact that there are on the computer with strangers in the first place....

I will be married in two weeks. I got divorced about 3 years ago and started dating again. I was 37 at the time. I hit the ground running and have some experience in dating matters especially for those back on the dating scene and daters who are in late 30's early 40's. A smart person learns from their mistakes but a wise person learns from the mistakes of others. I am here to kill some time and shed some light when I can.

Umm.. if they are married of course they are not single! Maybe they have a question to ask which is what this site is kinda about... its not exactly set up like a dating site is it!?

well this isn't a dating website for singles it for everybody. Maybe they want to help people with whatever questions they have. Or they want to ask questions that has nothing to do with dating or. There are married women asking about what they should do with a tean that they have or baby Q you know.

This isn't a dating site or an online "pick-up joint"... married men aren't barred from Yahoo Answers... they can go wherever they want... and who better than married men to answer questions about dating and being married? Geez, chill out.
