go to the doctor immediately You could have a blood clot or a heart condition. You might not but it vey well could be. If you are swelling it is never a good thing and perhaps could be fatal. I am not trying to scare you but you have some very serious signs. And if it turns out to be nothing better safe than sorry

Yes if you havent knocked your ankle anywhere so that it is swollen, you may have a blood clot preventing blood from moving and so it pools there, causing swelling. This may be the result of too much salt or sodium intake causing excess water retention in the dependent part of your body which is ur legs. Then again, it may be a sign of poor cardiovascular circulation, and blood isnt being pumped as efficiently as it could be. You may also need your kidneys examined as fluid retention may result from inadequate dialysis of toxic wastes and body fluids. Have you experiend any changes in urination patterns? Urinating plenty, at nights? If it occurs after exercize I think it may be related to you cardiovascular system and circulation. See your doctor immediately.

It sounds like water retention due to having too much salt in your diet. It could also be a blood clot in your leg where the foot is swollen. You should check with your doctor and find out what the problem is. It could be quite serious.

You really need to see your doctor about this condition, you are too young to have this stuff going on, it could be that you have a heart valve problem, that needs checked, also electrolytes needs checked, blood sugar also, if you are noticing pain in joints and muscles, you need to be checked for RA. If you have problems with your spine , back aches, your neck hurts you could have some disc problems, Hope you find out soon what is wrong....

Any range of thing can cause swelling from mineral deficiency to dehydration to heat to congestive heart failure. I would ask your doctor what he thinks.
