Alright, we're friends, getting to be good friends (still not the hang out type friends, but we do talk to the phone). We're both 17. I really like her a lot. Well, a lot of times it seems like she likes me too, but...idk. Before today, I've twice asked her to go with me to specific places. Both times she's been "too busy." She really is busy, she's involved in soooo many things. I put that in quotes because today I found out why she hasn't accepted. We have off from school on Friday, and I asked her to hang out with me...she just kinda ignored it at first...but then explained that her parents wouldn't let her. This led to a huge discussion about how they don't let her do anything unless they really know the person. She has invited me to her church before, and I met her parents. And her dad has twice met me when he came to the place where I work. So is it an excuse? Idk what to do....because of some knowledge of her I have, I think she's telling the truth. But still, what can I do?

The only advice I have for you is this! The next time you ask her to go with you anywhere. Pick a time when she isn't busy. If she really likes you and wants to be boyfriend and girlfriend she will go!!! If she doesn't want to go she wants to be just friends. If she really doesn't want to go she is not into you at all just wants to have someone to talk to.
